bankmecu undertakes a variety of initiatives to build capacity within the community, including a:

bankmecu also recognises the contribution made by staff in the workplace and the importance of maintaining a positive work culture. As a result, in 2010 bankmecu developed and ran the first staff Sustainability Superstar Awards to recognise staff who have made a significant contribution to sustainability in the workplace.
