Important Notice concerning the 2012 Election of Directors
In our advance notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) we advised that the 2 directors retiring at the 2012 AGM were standing for re-election. One director has just advised that he will not be standing for re-election. Consequently, there are 2 positions to be filled with only one of the retiring directors standing for re-election.
