From February 27 2012, bankmecu will be extending the trading hours at our Moe, Morwell, Traralgon, St Lucia, Toowoomba and Townsville service centres, which will be open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
This change will bring uniformity across bankmecu service centres which all now open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with some service centres also opening on Saturdays.
In addition, bankmecu’s call centre is open between the hours of 8am-6pm EDT.
While many of the major banks have restricted trading hours at their branches, as a customer owned bank™ bankmecu is making it easier and more convenient for customers who want to visit a service centre to conduct and discuss their banking needs.
