Mobile Banking is a service that allows you to access your accounts using your internet enabled mobile phone. Mobile banking is available to all customers who are registered for Internet Banking.
To register for Mobile Banking - log into Internet Banking, select the "my settings" button from the top orange menu bar, then select "mobile banking settings from the left hand side menu. From the "Mobile Banking Active" column select the accounts (up to 10) you wish to access via mobile banking (accounts not made active will still have "View Only" access). Select the number of records to display.
Click on "Save my Mobile Banking Preferences" to save your selections.
To login to Mobile Banking enter - https://online.bankmecu.com.au/mobi into your mobile phone web browser. When the login screen displays enter your login details that you currently use for Internet Banking.
Once you have logged in you can select from the following options:
- View accounts
- Transfer funds
- View auto transfers
Transfers and BPay payments can only be made to those listed in your saved favourites list within internet Banking.
You can return to the selection screen at any time by selecting the 'home' tab from the top or bottom of each page.
To logout - simply select the 'logout' tab which also appears at the top and bottom of each page.
