    CAUTION: McDonalds Survey Phishing Email

A new phishing email is circulating that claims to be a customer survey from McDonalds. The theory is that if you complete the survey, you will get $75 - all you have to do is enter your card details to have the money credited to you.

After the card details are entered into the website, no money is credited to the account. Instead, the person who has obtained those details uses them to steal money from the cardholder.

Do not, under any circumstances, provide card or account details to an unknown source.

If you have provided your details to someone via an email (including websites accessed through links contained in an email), it is important that you notify bankmecu immediately so that action can be taken to protect your account.

We're not just like any bank. Learn how we're different: we're owned and run by you; we invest in a better world; good investments equals better returns; those returns go back to you.
