      Redicard PLUS is a debit card that is linked to the funds available in your account. Using Redicard PLUS, you can withdraw cash at any ATM in Australia (and selected ATMs throughout the world) and you can also make purchases via EFTPOS terminals at supermarkets and retail stores.

      no annual or ongoing fees

      There are no annual or ongoing fees attached to a Redicard PLUS, however transaction-related fees may be payable.

      withdraw and deposit money at over 3,400 Australia Post outlets

      Redicard PLUS also allows you to withdraw and deposit money into your account at over 3,400 Australia Post outlets via the Bank@Post network.

      A unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be allocated to your Redicard PLUS so that you can securely access funds using ATMs, EFTPOS terminals or Bank@Post.

      reporting lost or stolen cards

      Call the Visa hotline on (02) 9959 7480 or 1800 224 004 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) in the event of theft, loss or unauthorised use of your Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card or Redicard. On receipt of your notification, your card will be cancelled immediately.
