Members who join standalone hospital or standalone extras cover will not be entitled to receive the above mentioned offer however they will automatically receive the standard 2 month waiver on general dental, physio, pharmacy and occupational therapy. This also applies to the normal 2 month waiting period on any level of hospital cover except for psychiatric, rehabilitation or palliative care.#

In accordance with our Code of Conduct requirements, you must explain the above conditions to your customers. Also, please ensure you write the promotion code 'NM6' to waive the most 2 & 6 month waiting periods or 'BA2' for the standard 2 month waiver on selected services next to your referring agent number in the agent, organisation, or referring member number section of the application forms.
