ACT Land Rent Scheme
Land Rent Home Loan (ACT only)

This unique scheme enables homebuyers to secure property with low up front costs as the land is rented from the ACT Government instead of purchased up front (it can be purchased at a later stage).

Eligibility
Interested customers must attend a free compulsory Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) information session. For more information please call 02 6120 5704 or email actlandrentloan@bankmecu.com.au.
Provide relevant income details (tax return and any other documentation) together with an application form to the ACT Revenue Office.
Once approved by the ACT Revenue Office, please apply for your loan through us.
