Develop an employee diversity policy.

mecu has developed a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to support employee diversity. mecu's RAP will be launched towards the end of 2010.

Develop a recognition program for those staff that make a significant contribution to sustainability in mecu's workplace.

mecu developed a staff recognition program, with the inaugural ‘Sustainability Superstars' competition taking place in May 2010.
